DKU Set a Sisterhood Relationship with ELTE ‧ Semmelweis University in Hungary

On 5 April, Dankook University set sisterhood relationships with ELTE(Eötvös Loránd Tudomanyosegyetem), and Semmelweis University(SU) in Budapest, Hungary. DKU promises studying aboard for its medical students with SU. It will also dispatch a professor of Dept. of Korean Language and Literature of DKU to ELTE, and invite a Dept. of Physics professor of ELTE to DKU, and exchange students with ELTE. Both the universities are famous national universities which have over 200 years of history. Especially, ELTE is renowned as Architecture, and SU is celebrated as producing four Nobel Prize winners. DKU expects to interchange comprehensive studies with the two universities through thess sisterhood relationships. On this, the president Hosung Chang said "Among the Eastern European countries, Hungary has the greatest academic achievement for basic science, engineering, social and human science, and culture and arts. So, DKU has a plan for strengthening capabilities of education research with the actual flow"
