The first professor who majored in Mongolian from undergraduate level to Ph.D. was 'born' in DKU. He is Byung-Gu Song. After Prof. Song had finished his undergraduate studies and graduate school in Dankook University, he received a doctor degree from the National University of Mongolia. With this, Prof. Song will work as professor of Dept. of Mongolian from September 1. He has led overseas volunteers programs to help Mongolians with dankookians for a long time. And he has contributed to exchange relationships between Mongolia and DKU.
