Dankook University(DKU) and Samsung Thales signed a business agreement for technical education of cooperation company on September 6. Through this agreement, both parties will open an curriculum on IT(Information Technology) field, such as electronic equipment and information communication for the education of their employers. DKU will open the nine curriculums for information communication fields, such as embedded system, object-oriented programming, and technology for designing phased array antenna and four curriculums for electricity and electronic field, such as OLED lightning and smart sensor technology.
President Hosung Chang said, “We will not only support the members
of cooperation company but also students at our university for improving
executive ability.” And our university signed the Industry-University
Collaboration contract with Hancom INC(Hong-Gu Lee, CEO) in conference
room of Jukjeon campus. Through this agreement, both sides have agreed to collaborate in the various works - collaborate in developing software projects, providing curriculum of practical business, and cultivating talented people through a close cooperation with such departments.
President said, “Our university would give full support to IT and software sector for training human resources.” Also, Hong-Gu Lee, CEO of Hancom INC said, “We need to continuously train employer’s abilities to develop the field of computer software. Through this agreement, we hope both sides would excel further.”
