On April 14, Cheonan campus held a walkathon event to commemorate
4.19 Revolution. On the day, 3,500 Dankookians including the vice president of DKU and staffs joined this event to mark the 50th anniversary of 4.19 Revolution.
Before starting this event, some warm-up games were taken place.

After this, In-Ho Cho, the vice president of DKU greeted words of thanks “Through this event, we should always keep in mind that students have responsibility towards the subject of social revolution,”he added “We should commemorate and succeed a strong will of this revolution.”

And then, Min-Ho Han, the president of student council gave a brief speech“ We prepared this event to commemorate the students who sacrificed their lives to build a democratic society.

Thus, I hope that Dankookians join this event with respects.”The course consisted of the trail of Anseo Lake situated in front of Cheonan campus.
