On April 8, College of Engineering of Cheonan campus conducted a signboard celebrating for being chosen as one of Green Education Institutions(GEI) from the Presidential Committee on Green Growth, there are four universities selected as GEI in the nation and one of them is our university. The meaning of being GEI is to be a missionary who leads the most important policy government made from last year.

So, our university plans to offer the knowledge and technology about the green growth to not only Dankookians and enterprisers but also university students came from developing countries.

For this reason, our university is predominant among the 48 GEIs. Prof. Jong-Won Yoon(Dept. of New Materials Science and Engineering) stated “For five years from now, our university will contribute to the economic growth through the campaign of Energy Saving with 2,600 participants who will complete a course in many different programs based on Green Growth.” If you want more information about this, visit the homepage
