▲ Dankookians are taking lecture.

 On April 11th, Dankook University (held a special lecture about NCS (National Competency Standards) and public institutions. The purpose of this lecture was helping students to understand NCS and to prepare for getting a job in the public institution. The instructor said, this year is the great opportunity, because public institutions announced that they will hire new employees more than 18,000. According to his lecture, most of the public institutions give weight to capacity evaluation rather than university background, scores in major and language scores.

 He empathized that knowing purpose of institution’s goal is most important aspect. Plus, he said that applicants should have some stories about the abilities which are regarded as essential skills in the institution where applicants want to work. He noticed site (www.ncs.go.kr) which have information about NCS.
