On September 15, Seok Juseon Memorial Museum held the 7th Special Exhibition: Mountain Fortress in Gyeonggi-do and Baekje-era at 2 Exhibit Room, in Jukjeon Campus. As one of 70th anniversary events of Dankook University (DKU), the exhibition also announced achievements of diverse institutes and museum in DKU. Park Kyung-sik, the director of Seok Juseon Memorial Museum, stated, “For the last 20 years, we have explored mountain fortresses of Baekje-era, which shows diverse military facilities in that era. This exhibition shows accumulated results of Dept. of History and cooperative institutes,” in the opening opinion.

The exhibition displayed unique artifacts and historical statements, and offered diverse experiences such as VR and photo zone for visitors including teenage students in Gyeonggi-do. This diverse exhibition, supported by 2017 Local Promotion for Platform of Culture and Art in Gyeonggi-do, took place until November 17, 2017.
