Group Education Program to Build Better Recognitions on Human Rights in DKU

 Human Rights Center in Cheonan Campus of Dankook University (DKU) held a group education program to improve awareness of human rights from November 27 to 29, 2017. In the program, there were diverse lectures including videos, and deep conversation session to understand human rights. At the opening ceremony, a professor, Park Sang-ok from National Human Rights Commission, visited DKU to talk to Dankookians (students of DKU) and started with a question in the lecture: “What is the first word that comes in to your mind when you hear human rights?”. Park emphasized the importance of human rights and how to protect it. 

 In August 2017, Human Rights Center in Cheonan Campus of DKU has established, and now properly on service. Dankookians are available to have counseling or get relevant information freely, whenever they have any problem on their rights.
