Recently, many programs for providing information based on AI (Artificial Intelligence) have been developed. Dankook University (DKU) also has been building AI chatbot (Chatting Robot), ‘DanAI’ with SKT since last year, and began trial service. DanAI provides information about classes, campus lifestyles, college, and employments.

 The AI chatbot provides the relevant information that Dankookians (students of DKU) would have by preaddressed system. Therefore, DKU is looking forward to its several positive effects. Originally, counseling-hours used to be limited and progressed in only certain areas. However, AI chatbots are not limited in time or space; which means any questions can be answered whenever Dankookians have them, anywhere. Also updates of the information will be much easier and faster in order to provide accurate information. 

 Meanwhile, experience booth for the new system took place in Jukjeon Campus from March 20 to 21 and in Cheonan Campus on 22. The booth is now closed but any undergraduates, graduates, and staffs have DKU Portal ID and password can personally use DanAI trial service through the link below.
