On April 11, a special lecture about the human rights special lecture was held in College of Law by Park Sang-Ok, a member of the National Human Rights Commission of Korea. Even though Intended main audience was the freshmen in Dept. of Law, but all the Dankookians (students of Dankook University) were welcomed.

Park dealt with diverse context about the human rights including the concept, history, relevant cases of the human rights and what are roles of the National Human Rights Commission of Korea to help dankookians have broader and deeper knowledge about the human rights. Especially, Park spent most of the time in real cases of the human rights in order to let dankookians easily understand how the human rights can be abused and how to prevent it.
