On May 2^nd, 2019, an annual music concert was held at the Music Concert Hall. It included many concerts such as playing traditional Korean instruments and singing traditional songs called Gook-ak. The Department of Korean Traditional Music holds this annual event every fall. This year, on May 2, there were many vocal songs and also string songs.

 For example, a traditional piece of music called Pyeongjo Sang-ryeong-san was played with traditional instruments like Gayageum, and Janggu. Another song called Oojo-samsoo-daeyup was also played with many traditional instruments and traditional singer called Jeong-ga, in Korean, sang the song with confidence to the musical instruments provided in the background.

 Because of this concert, many people who came from a very long way were able to enjoy the traditional Korean songs.
