‘Are you okay now? Aren't you tired of studying or relationships and unable to take care of your mind?’ It seems like a good idea to have time to practice mindfulness to recognize your mind and accept it as it is. What about taking part in the ‘Sound of Mind Project’ hosted by the University Life Counseling Center in Dankook University (DKU).

Through self-diagnosis, you can learn about the level of mindfulness, great tips to notice and recover your mind, and resilience. Self-diagnosis tests are possible through the link and QR codes. Dankookians (Students of DKU) can take the test from Friday, November 12 to Friday, December 31.

You can take your mind as it comes and improve your ability to control your emotion and behavior through the 'Mindfulness Project (Ma-eum Chaen-ggim).’ It is a group consultation for only the first 8 arrivals and is planning to be conducted from December 27 to January 28. You can apply at the non-subject program banner on the Youngê¨ Story website until December 20.

By participating in the two programs, you can get several benefits. If you participate in the 'Self-diagnosis' survey, you can get a coffee mobile gift voucher by drawing lots. Also, if you participate and have a consultation for five times in 'Mindfulness Project (Ma-eum Chaen-ggim)’ the Youngê¨ Story mileage.

If you couldn't pay attention to your mind due to a busy schedule, why don’t you start taking care of yourself through this suitable program?
