You who are reading this article, crossing the legs or propping the jaw. You must change that posture right now. We can find people walking along the street in a bad posture. If you continue to have a bad posture, you can have serious trouble. Then, what we can do to prevent this bad habit? Let's find some diseases caused by the various bad habits and some solutions for them.

Females wearing high heels

Females try to express their beauty through high heels. Their high heels are getting higher than before as they are named ‘Killer Heel’. Females never give up killer heels for their style even though they have pain in their feet and legs. You can think it is instant pain for style. But the invisible disease can grow bigger. In fact, high heels tense the muscle and stimulate the waist. So it is natural that they have lumbago and backbone diseases. And high heels affect feet, knees and waist because when walking in a posture of inclining the weight to the front, weight can be gathered to a toe. Also, while the hips come out to the back as high as high heels, you may have an attack of lumbago because the backbone at the waist bends to the front too much. If you really want to wear high heels, wear it 6 hours at once, not more than 3~4 times a week, and wear low heels by turns. It is good to ease the fatigue through bathing your feet and having a feet massage after wearing high heels for a long time.

Habit propping the jaw

Do you read books or watch TV while propping the jaw? Then you must be careful. A habit like propping the jaw can cause some diseases in parts of joint of jaw, back disc and neck disc. And the habit could bring you symptom like asymmetry face, lowering of concentration and a chronic headache. What is worse, you can't open the jaw and can hear a sound.

Crossing a leg or leaning stand habit

How nice those entertainers on TV sitting gracefully crossing their legs on talk shows or models in fashion magazines posing with one leg stretched are! But there are some hidden diseases in their dandyism. In case that the center of gravity is inclined to one leg, the pelvis will be extremely twisted and will cause lumbago. Also if pelvis is twisted, the central nerves may be pressed and then will cause indisposition of muscle, joint, internal organs. And because the upper part of the body is leaned, there may occur damage to the spine disc. To prevent this situation, you have to drag a chin, push a chest, put belly in and erect a waist.

Habit putting cell phone or wallet in a hip pocket

Many men have a habit of putting a purse in hip pockets. Although you may think it as a trivial thing, the pelvis can be crooked and then the spine also will be transformed. Ultimately this transformation causes muscle, bone, ligament and joint to have symptoms.

Please keep in mind that following habits can also cause serious disease.

*Sleeping in the posture of putting one's stomach on one of arms.

*Sleeping with a high pillow

*Eating a meal rapidly

*Carrying a bag on one shoulder

*Wearing tight underwear

People think that deformities are not entirely related to themselves. But you know that something regarded as trivial habit may give you a mortal disorder. If you had not taken care of yourself because of momentary convenience or your appearance for others, you could have a regret later.
