Prof. Ryan passed away age of 65. He worked in the Dept. of English Language and Literature since 1985 with his profound commitment to teaching students, and his death will remain as a great loss. The late lamented Prof. Ryan also made efforts for Korean-English translation in the Dept. of Korean Language and Literature. He spent most of his life on educating students at the Dept. of English Language and Literature. In the book café in the building of College of Humanities, the remembrance altar was set, and many students and professors mourned the late.
