ven Though That Era Was Uncomfortable, Jae-Kyu Leel승인2010.10.05l302호 0면

▲ We can look for the analogues in daily life.
Last Chuseok, my father asked me "How should I operate this function on a cell phone?" I wondered what made him wander and come to me for help. He wants to send acquaintances text messages with emoticons which mean 'Happy merry Chuseok.' So he fought desperately for a few minutes with it. After sending all messages, he said even though cell phone made people more comfortable than before, we can't feel the emotion like the warmth of humans as before. I can figure out the parents' generation which is in a state of disorder between digitalization and analog. Come to think of it, before the cell phone was spread out, people wrote phone numbers in their phone book. After looking up the phone numbers directly, they might contact one by one to say hello to acquaintances. At this point, digital technology has made us lead a rich and comfortable life but it hasn't made our life happy. I think analog is only a tool which represents human's sensibility, even though it was inconvenient to use it. Don't you think that we forgot analog which can work well with the sensitivity and the hand of humans? The more our life is convenient thanks to digitalization, the more we won't be able to interact with others. In these days, why don't you try to find something you can feel analogue sensibility for a day?
