On April 22, Dankook University (DKU) and Life Technologies Korea hosted an agreement singing ceremony for an industry-university collaboration project dealing with biotechnology at Cheonan Campus. DKU expects cooperation with an international genetic engineering enterprise to be mutually beneficial and will help further develop DKU’s bio technology program focusing at the Cheonan Campus. President Chang Ho-sung said that “DKU will make an effort to advance a fruitful cooperation project by utilizing the biotechnology infrastructure at the Cheonan Campus, our education program, our research facilities, and our executive abilities. DKU also plans to expand their international internship program and offer a practicum program in the field of biotechnology.
