▲ A Women Soccer team of DKU has an inauguration ceremony at Jan 26.

  A women soccer team in Dankook University (DKU) started at Jan. 26 with inauguration ceremony. It is a first foundation in universities at Chungcheongnam-do and 11^th women soccer team in Korea. It is expected to they will play at various kinds of contest as a representative of DKU.

  The soccer team is consist with Kim sun-yeong coach who has a player experience and has a total of 14 players include 8 freshmen player. From Feb. 4, the team started winter training and raising their skill. From this year, they aimed for participating 3 to 4 contests include National Sports Festival. They planned to give an opportunity of sports activity for students of other major. This foundation of women soccer team is contribute to local amateur sports activation and expansion that opportunity.
