▲ The president Jang Ho-sung granted degrees to Dankookians

 On February 22 to 23, 2017, Dankook University (DKU) held a spring graduation ceremony in Jukjeon and Cheonan Campus. In this ceremony, 4251 students got a bachelor’s degree, 268 students got a Master’s degree and 114 students received a doctor’s degree. Not only given a graduation ceremony but also various awards were represented to the students and their parents.

 At that time, Jang Ho-sung, the president of DKU, gave a representative speech. He said “From this day forth, you leave beloved school and have to face the unknown world. Domestic and foreign environment is not very friendly. Do not be afraid and do not give up. Believe in yourself, you can do it.”

 In addition, Yoon Hyung-seob, the former Minister of Education, delivered a congratulatory speech. He mentioned “It is really important to break down individualism and promote communal spirit. And you have to work hard and have a sense of community wherever you go in the society.”
