In November 1, Dankook University (DKU)’s foundation anniversary event was held at the Music hall in DKU at 10:00 a.m. The event began to greet the 72nd anniversary of DKU’s foundation. In the event, outstanding faculties were presented an award certificate. Also, an honorary doctorate degree grant ceremony for Park Ji-won was held.

  The chairman of the board Jang Choong-sik, the president Kim Su-bok and the president of alumni association Yoon Seok-ki spoke their impression about 72nd anniversary. Park Ji-won who was granted an honorary doctorate degree said in his address that he’ll continue to do his best for alma mater. After the event of 72nd anniversary of DKU, the opening ceremony of Dankook History Hall was also held. It was celebrated 72 years, along with the school anniversary event.
