Dankook University (DKU)’s women’s basketball team won the KUSF College Basketball Women’s League Playoff on September 6. This is not their first championship, as they received the championship title last year, in the same competition. This year, they won the final game against Gwangju University, scoring 74 points to 72. Even though they went through a hard time during the mid-season, their new coach Baek Ji-eun has successfully led them to win the cup. Jang Ho-sung, chairman of DKU, praised the players and staff by granting them incentives. He encouraged them to focus on their training even harder and contribute to the reputation of DKU.
