Recently, according to the report which a university presented, the right people who companies want have been changed from 'loyal employee' into 'the employee like weeds' which means those who have great adaptability. Many corporations want their employee like weeds because today's society is changing quickly and complicatedly. Actually a job site carried out a survey targeting the human resources staffs. As a result, most of them in large firms have an importance on 'The ability of handling a crisis through cooperation,' 'The diverse experiences,' when they recruit their new staff. Those are 'must have abilities for the people like weeds.

So, universities have implemented not simple theoretical education but various education like previously mentioned situation. Presentation and group project were preferred among many different types of education. Until a few years ago, the type of assignment and test were progressing by each individual homework and written test. However, more and more group project and presentation including previous test and homework in a class were increasing. What are these done for? First above all, presentation can improve the lack of creativeness which can occur in cramming education and make students attract voluntary participation. How about group project? It can help students to share their different ideas and solve the problem through compromising with various thinking.

DKH carried out a survey targeting to dankookians "Do you like the presentation and group project?" Most of them said 'Don't like,' 'So-so' about this question. We can check funny information based on this survey - 'I don't want to do group task with those students!' and 'My own habit, when presenting!'

¡ã Each group is making a presentation.

* I don't want to do group task with those students below!

Best four types of who isn't beloved in group task

➀ Free rider

Most of students don't want this type of student. If you do group work with this type, you might do all the work and they just might regarded it as a child's play. But the main reason why we hate them is that we can't tell professor about doing nothing of them. They don't say a word at all and act as they don't even exist. Of course, they don't attend meeting at all. But the day before presenting, they call you and say "Would you type in my name? My name and student number are.." Do your work by yourself!

 ➁ Extremely self-willed

You have to admit their driving force. But they do their work without your saying. They put emphasis on their own thinking. Ears are not for accessory!

 ➂ Busy all the time

"When can you make time?" "Oh, sorry. I don't have any spare time." You have to do your homework, but they don't share their time for homework because they're selfish. Remember "You're not the only person who is busy," "Don't pretend to busy! I'm busy, too!"

 ➃ Princess / Prince

You have to pay attention on your assignment when joining group task. But they only concern for their cell phone and mirror. They send text messages as they're royal family and decorate themselves. Is there particular noblesse oblige?

My own habit, when presenting!

* Best 3, when you make presentation

➀ I'm not foreigner but stammering words!

I know you're nervous while talking in front of the public. However you falter too much! The most important thing in representing is to deliver messages. But if you stammer words, we think you as an amateur!

 ➁ Am I reading a book again?

It's time for announcement not reading, but you make us think that you are reading script. We came here not to listen reading a book but to listen what you are presenting!

➂ I don't know where should I keep my eyes on!

When presenting, if you usually look at just one spot, top or below, listener might lose their concentration. We are looking at you but you don't even try to do eye contact, we don't see you gradually. Look around~
